One (1) Winner will dine at a restaurant employing a Chef selected as one of “Food & Wine Best New Chefs 2010″ (“Prize”). Prize consists of: round-trip coach air transportation for Winner and one (1) travel companion to the destination city of the restaurant; three (3)-nights hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room and room tax only); and a dinner for two (2) valued at up to $300 at the restaurant employing the Chef selected by the winner. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Prize is $2,500
