Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner shall win the Grand Prize consisting of the home in Sandia Park, New Mexico (the “HGTV Dream Home”) that is featured in the “HGTV Dream Home” special, plus home furnishings, merchandise, an automobile, a “HGTV Dream Play Home”, and $500,000 cash (awarded in the form of a check). The home is valued at approximately $1,500,000 (includes structure, lot, landscaping, home furnishings, artwork, accessories, and the HGTV Dream Play Home) as of November 2009.  The automobile is a 2010 GMC Terrain (ARV: $38,375). Total ARV of Grand Prize is $2,038,375.

One (1) Grand Prize consisting of a vacation for five (5) days/ four (4) nights for four (4) persons (including Grand Prize Winner) to the Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida (the “Resort”). The Grand Prize consists of the following: (i) if Grand Prize Winner resides outside of a 250-mile radius of Orlando, Florida, four (4) round trip coach airfares between the United States major airport closest to the Winner’s residence and the Orlando International Airport and round-trip ground transportation between the Orlando International Airport and the Resort^[*]; (ii) standard room accommodations (one (1) room with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for three (3) nights at a hotel at the Resort selected by Main Sponsor at its sole discretion, plus a one night stay in the Cinderella Castle Suite in Magic Kingdom® Park; (iii) themed welcome basket; (iv) four (4) five-day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® Option; (v) one (1) Disney Gift Card valued at $500 (subject to the gift card terms and conditions); (vi) four (4) custom Mickey Mouse Ear Hats including a contest winner’s patch to place on each hat; (vii) one (1) Disney’s PhotoPass® CD and album; and (viii) up to $500 in recreation experiences at the Resort (Grand Prize Winner will choose recreation experiences from a list provided by Main Sponsor and no cash balance will be awarded). Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”) of Grand Prize: $6,618.
